what are the benefits of mymazda service?
No periodic maintenance fees for services and parts for 3 years or 60,000km (whichever comes first, counting from the date of the handover of the new vehicle), referring to the provisions in the warranty book and the owner's manual.
Spare parts included are:
- Mazda engine oil change (Mazda Genuine Oil / MGO), 0W-20 or 5W-30 specifications (not including oil additions)
- Ring washer
- Deposit cleaner
- Oil filter
- AC filter
- Air filter
- Brake grease
- Engine conditioner
- Brake cleaner
- Brake fluid
- Windshield washer fluid
- Fuel filter
- Front & rear rubber blade
These parts will be made a maximum of 1 replacement:
- Front & rear brake pad
- V-belt
Especially for batteries and front & rear brake pad, the replacement is only done if the conditions require it to be replaced and must be checked and approved in advance by an authorized Mazda dealer.
ERA (EMERGENCY ROAD ASSISTANCE) SERVICE
ERA (Emergency Road Assistance) services with coverage areas that apply throughout Indonesia (* further terms and conditions apply)
(*) ERA service coverage limit is a maximum of 30 KM, calculated from the scene to the nearest authorized Dealer. Beyond this distance, there will be additional costs to be borne by the customer.
MOC CARD (MAZDA OWNERS CLUB)
MOC cards (Mazda Owners Club) that provide special offers for programs organized by EMI, for example, are special prices for accessories. In addition, this card can also be used as e-money. The benefits gained will gradually increase in the future.

- Must follow the vehicle's regular maintenance schedule at authorized Mazda dealerships every 6 months / 10,000KM (whichever comes first) to ensure:
- Driving safety and comfort at all times
- Program benefits still apply and can be enjoyed
- Service books must be brought and submitted to the official Mazda dealer every time regular maintenance is performed
- If at the time of periodic maintenance it is found that there is a need for replacement of additional parts that are not included in the list above and are not included in the Warranty coverage, then the customer will be informed by the dealer further regarding this including to the offer of replacement of the said part in accordance with the current price that.
